Quanzhou Tianjiao Lady & Baby's HygieneSupply Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 specialized in providing OEM/ODM solutions for disposable adult diapers and pants. baby diapers, baby pants, napkins, tampons,underpads, wet wipes, puppy diapers etc. The company now has over 2500 employees, 55 production lines, 125 acres modern standard factory building, 400,000 sqm production base. Last but not least, we have clients over 85 countries making over 554 different brands around the world.

Tianjiao was established, entering the hygiene products industry with its first production line.
2005
A new production base was completed, boosting capacity. The e-commerce department was founded, and the "Home baby" brand ranked among the top five domestic diaper brands.
2014
A million-level R&D lab was built, focusing on mid-to-high-end products. A 30,000 sqm modern workshop and 21 production lines were put into op-eration.
2017
Expansion into adult and pet diaper products, with production lines reaching 800 pieces/minute and an annual capacity of 2 billion pieces.
2020
Implementation of lean production management, 5G digital parks, robotic arms, and AI applications, marking the start of full digital transformation. Annual capacity exceeded 4 billion pieces.
2022
The 5G smart production base achieved initial success. The Xiao-gan base (210 acres) began con-struction, featuring 8 modern factories (100,000+ sqm) and 12 intelligent production lines. Total capacity reached 5 billion pieces.
2023
Total production lines expanded to 50. The 5G smart base accelerated, with full mechanization upgrades using robotic arms and AGV logistics systems. The Xiaogan facility commenced operations, further boosting capacity.
