    Quanzhou Tianjiao Lady & Baby's Hygiene Supply Co., Ltd. was established in 2005, specialized in providing OEM/ODM solutions for disposable baby diapers, baby pants, adult diapers and pants, napkins, tampons, underpads, wet wipes, puppy diapers, etc. The company now has over 1300 employees, 34 production lines, 900 sqm research lab and 252,000 sqm production base. Last but not least, we have clients over 164 countries, making over 245 different brands around the world.

    2005

    Quanzhou Tianjiao Lady & Baby's Hygiene Supply Co., Ltd.established the introduction of the first diaper production line, officially entered the hygiene products industry.

    2008

    Own the first 5 production lines, the company obtained the ISO quality system certification, and established the foreign trade department, and also started our own brand.

    2011

    Introduced of 4 diapers full servo production lines. In the same year, 120 million RMB was invested to build a Phase II 50,000 sqm production base.

    2013

    Introduced fully automatic baby tape-on and pull-up production lines. Our domestic market share had further expanded

    2014

    The phrase II production base was fully competed. It was the most up-to-date production workshop. In the same year, the E-commerce department was established.

    2015

    Our original brand "Jiadebao" entered the top 10 hot sales brand. Another two original brands were launched. 4 more production lines were introduced.

    2017

    A million dust-free workshop upgrade competed, A modern production workshop and warehouse of 30,000 sqm came into service. Total 21 production lines put into operation.

    2018

    The products upgrade completed, Sales volumes kept growing, The reform of the e-commerce and sales departments lays  a solid foundation for the company's subsequent development.

    2019

    Introduced 8 more advanced production lines, further expand production capacity with over a thousand employees. Prepared to build 80,000 sqm extra production and office area.

    2020

    Upgraded 6 Hi-speed production lines with a maximum 800 pcs/min output. Annual production capacity was able to reach 2.5 billion pieces.

    2021

    Established the cross-border E-commerce department. Started live steaming E-commerce to further promote our original brand.

    2022

    The new factory is completed and the 5G factory will soon put into operation. The production capacity reached 4 billion pieces after the intorduction of the robot arms and AGV trolleies. 34 production lines were digitalized and intelligentialized.

    The construction of Hubei Tianjiao production base has begun. Phrase One includes a 140,000 sqm production base, integraded 12 production lines, R&D lab, office area and warehouses.

    Q2: What is the MOQ?

    1)Baby diapers: 1-2 sizes mixed in a 20ft container (around 160 000pieces ).
    3-4 sizes mixed in a 40HQ container (around 380 000pieces ).
    2）Pull up pants:1 size for  in a 20ft container (around 120 000pieces).
    3sizes mixed in a 40HQ container (around 300 000pieces).
    3）Adult diapers:1size for  in a 20ft container (around 25 000pieces ).
    3sizes mixed in a 40HQ container (around 75 000pieces ).

    Q3: Can I print my private label or logo on the products and packages?
