Tianjiao Company's Singapore-Malaysia Trip: Etching Joyful Memories in A Multicultural Tapestry

As the morning mist at Singapore's Merlion Park gently enveloped the smiling faces in the team photo, Tianjiao Company's Singapore-Malaysia journey kicked off amid the warmth of tropical monsoons. This cross-border group trip was not just a break from work, but also fertile ground where team cohesion quietly took root.

While strolling through Singapore's Gardens by the Bay, the gigantic Supertrees lit up with flowing lights at dusk. Colleagues raised their phones to capture the changing hues of light and shadow. The usually serious technical experts were now arguing with interns over which tree's lights most resembled the company logo's color scheme. At the open-air market beneath Malaysia's Petronas Twin Towers, the sisters from the finance department showed no less skill in bargaining than they did at the negotiation table. In the end, they returned with bags of Musang King durians, letting the whole team share in this tropical sweetness in their hotel rooms.

The most touching moments of the trip came from cultural encounters: in front of the century-old temple in Singapore's Chinatown, young employees learned to write blessing characters with a brush from local elders; beside the Dutch Red House in Malacca's old town, the administrative team set up a camera with a selfie stick, freezing forever the funny poses of colleagues imitating colonial-era guards. When the guide told stories of the harmonious coexistence of multiple ethnic groups in both countries, colleagues who had been somewhat estranged due to departmental barriers now huddled around the same travel guide, discussing the wisdom of cultural integration.

On the day of departure, Kuala Lumpur Airport's duty-free shops became the final 欢乐场. Some hugged beautifully packaged dried meat, murmuring about bringing it to their overtime-working partners; others held pandan cake mix, researching new recipes for team-building desserts. As the plane flew through the clouds, flipping through more than 200 group photos on their phones, they realized this journey had long transcended mere sightseeing — the cheers in front of the Merlion, the conversations beneath the Twin Towers, the sharing at night market stalls were quietly turning into tighter bonds in Tianjiao people's hearts, waiting to bloom into greater strength in future work.
